Hey there, beach lovers and wave riders! Ready to catch some awesome waves and soak up some sun? Well, here's your insider's scoop on the surf forecast for some of our favorite spots along the East Coast. Let's dive in!

Starting off with Barnstable in Massachusetts, we’ve got a *HIGH SURF ADVISORY* until this evening. Expect rip currents to be *high* on the East Coast with surf heights ranging from *8 to 11 feet*. The UV index is looking *high*, so slather on that sunscreen! Temperature-wise, it’ll be mostly cloudy with highs in the lower 70s. And don't forget to check out Nauset Beach, Hyannisport, and Barnstable Harbor for some epic tides throughout the day.

Moving on to Nantucket, it’s another day of *HIGH SURF ADVISORY* until the evening. The East and South Coasts will have surf heights between *8 to 11 feet* and *7 to 10 feet*, respectively. Water temps are in the mid to upper 60s, so perfect for a dip. The wind will start from the north and shift to the west later on, giving you that perfect side shore breeze. And don't miss those tides at Nantucket and Great Point!

Heading over to Dukes in Massachusetts, we’ve got a *HIGH RIP CURRENT RISK* throughout the day. Surf heights will be *4 to 8 feet*, and the UV index is *high*. Expect a mixture of clouds and sun with temps in the lower 70s. Winds will start from the north and then shift to the southwest. Keep an eye out for those tides at Squibnocket Point!

In Southern Bristol, Massachusetts, it’s a day of *HIGH RIP CURRENT RISK*. Surf heights will range from *4 to 7 feet*, and the UV index is *high*. The water is nice and warm, and it’ll be partly sunny with highs in the lower 70s. Winds will start from the north before turning southwest. When you're there, make sure to check out the tides at Westport Harbor.

And last but not least, let's head to Block Island, Rhode Island, where we have another day of a *HIGH RIP CURRENT RISK*. Surf heights will be between *5 to 8 feet*, with a *high* UV index. Keep an eye out for the shifting winds from northeast to south later on. Don’t miss those tides at Block Island (Old Harbor)!

So, there you have it, surfers! Get ready for an epic day of waves, sun, and good vibes. And as always, stay safe, wear sunscreen, and catch those waves like a boss.
