Charli is a mother to a wonderful 20-year-old man, a sister, a daughter, and a dog mum. She is an addictions specialist, anxiety & trauma coach, and PT and Yoga coach, who loves to help people bring their mind, body & soul together. Charli primarily work with women and some men too, who experience food or alcohol issues, and who feel disconnected from themselves. She says the Principles changed her life, and she is passionate about sharing them with others, to help them have an easier experience of life too.
