Andy is a social entrepreneur and innovator who is driven by a desire to create equitable and low-carbon approaches to living.  He has a particular enthusiasm and experience in the development of community projects and social enterprises in the low carbon arena including food/drink/transport/arts/renewable energy.  He started Big River Bakery, specializing in slow ferment, handmade breads, and baked goods, made with locally sourced ingredients.  It's also a social enterprise, aiming to embed in the fabric of the area and contribute to the well-being of the community in all its facets.
