The book is called The Seven Keys to Navigating a Crisis. He wrote this book with another Pirate from the #PirateBroadcast Elia Gourgouris. This book is a practical Guide to help people deal with the pandemic that we are going through now, the crisis that people go through in their life. The first key step is Self-Care. Ask yourself how you are doing. The Second step is awareness, listen to yourself. The third step is flexibility, become more adaptable. The Fourth step Start Preparing, if you know or anticipate on things happening prepare for them. The Fifth Step is action, taking control back of your life and making good things happen. The last step is Kindness, be kind to others, help others.
