show moreFoster shares her views on what is wrong about the way diversity training is done in schools and corporations and talks about her own methodology for DEI trainings, which she calls “inversity.” She explains how comedy can be used in a productive way to bring people together, rather than divide them, as happens in typical DEI trainings.
