Hard to believe that it has been seven years since we first began the Internet podcast, "BuzzWorthy Radio." On November 5, 2007, I literally had no idea what was going to happen, and what would later transpire from this little show. I have had the chance to speak with many people whom I loved and admired for so many years. However, what I continue to love about this is the interactions I share with many on social media. I have come to meet new people because of Twitter, Facebook, Instagram due to this venture, and it brought us all together sharing a love for what we all love: television.

When we first started "BuzzWorthy Radio," it highly centered around daytime soap television. Now, as "The Buzzcast," we have been able to bring not just daytime to the show, but even branch out to primetime television. Also, we even now have started to do more with publishing posts on a website platform where it doesn't just deal with podcast episodes. The reach continues to broaden each and every day. I, for one, couldn't be happier.

This week, we had the chance to celebrate seven years of the Buzzcast with some memories of my hosting not just this show, but a previous BlogTalkRadio show, "In the Zone Radio," with TVSource Magazine Editor, Ryan White-Nobles. A lot has changed since we first hosted a show together, but it made us better in our areas of expertise, and I would not change that.

Joining us for the star-studded event included soap fan faves of TV and Internet including:

Ricky Paull Goldin (ex-Jake, "All My Children," ex-Gus, "Guiding Light")

TV Guide Magazine's Michael Logan

Melody Thomas Scott (Nikki, "The Young and the Restless")

Katie Caprio (Bianca, "DeVanity")

Maura West (Ava, "General Hospital")

Martha Madison (ex-Belle, "Days of our Lives")

Founder of soapcentral.com, Dan J. Kroll

I really cannot say enough for everyone who has followed the show for the past seven years. Thank YOU all for being a part of this, whether it is the podcast or on social media, I couldn't possibly do this without the love and support you have shown me. Not to mention I love what I do. I think that counts for something, right? To the guests who called in for the show, past/present/future, you all are amazing. I appreciate you all.

Here is to seven more years!
