How high would the rent in SanFan have to be to make paying $1200 a month to rent a bunk bed, in a house, you share with 5 other people look like a bargain? The average size of an apartment in SanFan is 789 square feet and the average rent is $3616. So a $1200 month bunk bed which includes internet, cable, furniture, some food and utilities doesn’t sound so bad now.
