Today I am speaking with a Calgary Police Officer from Calgary, Alberta, Canada that is an internationally recognized public speaker, entrepreneur, best-selling author and inspiration to hundreds of thousands across North America. He has travelled across the world to spread his message in regards to standing up against bullying.

Tad Milmine discusses what happened in his early childhood of abuse and neglect while also struggling with mental illness. He explains how he was locked in a basement for over 12 years and bullied daily at school. He suffered the worst of the worst when it came to freedom as a child. He got bullied for being gay for several years. Tad Milimine overcame his desires even though everything was against him. He explains how he successfully became a Police Officer and how he followed his dreams on what he has become today.

He discusses easy ways and educational tips on how parents can manage their children and teens from being bullied through the internet and phone use. This is to prevent them from being cyberbullied or inappropriate content being distributed. He discusses what makes him so driven to help with the issue of bullying.

He has received multiple recognitions around the world and throughout Canada such as the Member of the Order of Merit, Sovereign Award for Volunteers in Canada, Canadian Senate Statement Read, Calgary International Achievement, Surrey Leaders "Above and Beyond", and the Community Police Award from the Calgary Police Commission and more!

Tad has dedicated his life to helping those that need it most. He explains methods and ways on how to prevent bullying for children and teens. He has successfully created Bullying Ends Here and has been making a huge impact in the world we live in today.

Bullying Ends Here is a non-profit organization with a series of educational presentations for youth & adults aimed at educating others on what bullying looks like and how to prevent it.

Their presentations have been presented around the world to educators, students and staff. They have been credited with saving dozens of lives and being shared with over 1 million people worldwide. Overall speaking with Tad Milmine was an honour and privilege because I have learned a lot of insight and knowledge from just his story and what he has gone through as an individual. He has motivated me to become more mentally tough in pushing my dreams. Tad Milmine truly displays what a hero is and I am proud to speak with a man that has created so much change for the better!
