We and Durham County will be providing Housing for New Hope with funding to help with the creation of a new supportive housing campus. We share where that campus will be located and who it will help.
More local affordable housing projects will be able to be completed – thanks to a partnership between us and Durham County and the use of American Rescue Plan Act funds. Find out more about how the funding will be used.
Work to rewrite Durham’s Unified Development Ordinance is moving forward. We explain what the ordinance is, how it regulates growth and land use in our city, and what the next steps are in making sure that it’s as up-to-date as possible.
