With over 20 years of athletics leadership experience as a Division I women’s basketball coach, Ezell has now transitioned to join the Elite Entertainment Experiences (E3) team. In this role, she combines her love for all sports, creating once-in-a-lifetime experiences, developing and leading standout programs, and building strong relationships and partnerships.

E3 recently launched to provide highly exclusive entertainment experiences and hospitality services, bringing an entirely new approach to the industry for the elite consumer.

Since joining, she's been working with the founder to build out the operations and infrastructure for this early-stage startup. Moving forward, she will lead day-to-day operations, business development, strategic partnerships, and communications.

Prior to this role, she'sa had the opportunity to:

► Turn around the basketball program at East Tennessee State University, guiding the team to play in two conference championships and achieving record-level season attendance.

► Rebuild the team culture, assemble a standout staff, and guide the team to their first post-season tournament in eight years as head coach for Belmont University.

► Coach professional athletes are competing in the Caribbean Games tournament as an assistant coach for the National Team of the Bahamas.

In addition to her hands-on work, she holds a doctorate degree in global sports leadership from East Tennessee State University and earned a bachelor’s in business administration from the University of Alabama, where she was also a two-sport collegiate athlete and began her coaching career. --- Support this podcast: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/chefranjohn/support
