Syracuse head coach Britni Smith is this week's guest on Inside College Hockey America.

She visits about her career path that took her from an assistant at Clarkson to Syracuse and continues to include work with Hockey Canada. She also touches on the culture and the growth and development of the Orange program in her two seasons behind the bench.
