How can we move beyond personalization to make our lead generation and recruitment programs more effective?

Join me for Episode 9 of Lead Generation Unleashed

- How can looking at context boost engagement?

- What’s working now in lead generation and recruitment?

- Which strategies can help businesses create high quality engagement on social?

Today’s guest, Amir Bormand, will tell us all about that.

As a former engineer who can still jot out code, Amir has seen the technical recruiting game from both sides. During his engineering career, he constantly saw agency recruiters take shortcuts and use deceptive practices for their own benefit.

That’s why, as Co-founder of Elevano, a California-based recruitment company, he encourages a candidate-centric approach to every aspect of technical recruiting and sales. His overriding desire is to smash the negative stigma left by current recruitment strategies, and replace it with a more transparent, honest and empathetic service offering.

When he’s not working, Amir enjoys spending time with his families and traveling. He and his wife have a 5-year-old daughter, who keeps him busy with the latest trends in Disney cartoons... You might just catch him humming Disney movie theme songs!

Join me to get his insights on what’s working now in this episode of Lead Generation Unleashed, a program where we explore what's working now to help you attract more LEADS, trigger RESPONSE, and ignite SALES for your business.

“We can't force people to engage, but people like to engage based on knowing you can solve problems for them.” - Amir Bormand
