At seventeen, Ally Rae Pesta was diagnosed with a complex eating disorder, and has been in recovery for over ten years. Raised in Cleveland, Ohio, and now living in Denver, Colorado, Ally works as an Eating Disorder Recovery Coach, a 200-HR Certified Yoga Teacher, and a Certified Run Coach. As a sexual assault survivor, Ally empowers others to reclaim freedom and power over their body in a loving, worthy, and healing way. From both personal and professional experience, Ally leads events to use joyful movement to aid and support a recovery journey and celebrates body movement. With her unique approach to healing, Ally teaches others to embrace their freedom of movement, how to have a healthy relationship with food, and live a passionate, fulfilling, and deeply meaningful life of purpose beyond their body. https://www.allyrae.co
