“It's a necessity to pour into yourselves to be able to give back to other people.” That realization is what led professional dancers Jasmine Harper and Ashley Everett, and celebrity publicist Randy C. Bonds to form “Be > (Greater Than), a wellness brand that focuses on the importance of taking time for yourself. While all three are accomplished professionals, they’ve often worked in someone else’s shadow. For Jasmine and Ashley, it was Beyoncé. and for Randy, a variety of high-profile clients. So, this is a journey of putting themselves first and wanting others to join their self-care revolution. They share with Jeanne why it’s okay to embrace your spotlight; why an identity crisis can accompany major life changes; why we need a place where we can be vulnerable; and how they learned to Be Greater Than their titles and find their true selves.

Randy C. Bonds

With a mission to Expose the Under-Exposed, I have secured placements for my clients in various media outlets ranging from Vogue & Elle to Nylon, Health, Refinery 29, Essence, Madame Noire, The View, Entertainment Tonight, Teen Vogue, Billboard, The Huffington Post, Vibe, The Source, and Hello Beautiful.

She auditioned as a contemporary dancer and was announced as runner-up, in the end. Since then, she has worked with Taylor Swift, Jennifer Lopez, Usher, Ne-yo and has completed two major tours with Beyonce. Jasmine continues to perfect her craft and expand her knowledge and skill as a dancer, while living out her dream.
