In this episode, I talk about how many of us prefer to stay in confusion and indecision because it feels safer than making an actual decision. What? Well, have you ever found yourself analyzing the pros and cons of a decision for days, weeks, even months instead of actually making the decision? It’s because it feels “safer” to think “I don’t know what to do” or “I don’t know what the right decision is” instead of making a decision and then going through whatever that action requires. We do this because deciding can be scary: Deciding means we will have to take action. Deciding means stepping into the unknown. Deciding means we could potentially fail. Deciding means possibly having a difficult conversation. Deciding means we may have to take on more responsibility. Deciding means we may be successful beyond our wildest dreams. Listen in to see why staying in “I don’t know” sucks away your energy. And find out how you no longer have to feel regret for any decisions you make. Watch April livestream here.
