Story Transcript:

Cy: A oedd y lliwiau coed yn y cwymp yn hyfryd, y dail oren a choch yn ffurfio carped lliwgar ar y tir.
En: The colors of the trees in the fall were beautiful, with the orange and red leaves forming a colorful carpet on the ground.

Cy: Roedd yr awyr yn grisial glir, ond y tu mewn i ward seiciatrig, roedd popeth yn dawel ac yn lân.
En: The sky was crystal clear, but inside the psychiatric ward, everything was quiet and clean.

Cy: Roedd goleuadau meddal yn creu atmosffer clyd, lle gallai meddyliau tawel ddod i rym.
En: Soft lights created a cozy atmosphere, where calm thoughts could come to life.

Cy: Dyma oedd lle roedd Carys yn treulio ei dyddiau, yn gweithio ar ei hunaniaeth a'i hymadfer, yn ddiogel o'r byd y tu allan.
En: This was where Carys spent her days, working on her identity and recovery, safe from the outside world.

Cy: Daeth Aneirin, cynghorydd ysgol Carys, am ymweliad.
En: Aneirin, Carys’s school counselor, came for a visit.

Cy: Roedd ei fryd ar helpu Carys i ddychwelyd i'r ysgol.
En: His focus was on helping Carys return to school.

Cy: Roedd ganddo ofal gwirioneddol am ei myfyrwyr, ac ymddiriedai yn gallu Carys.
En: He genuinely cared for his students and had faith in Carys's abilities.

Cy: Wrth gerdded trwy'r coridorau tawel, roedd yn credu yn gwresogi'r awyrgylch gyda'i fwriad.
En: Walking through the quiet corridors, he believed in warming the atmosphere with his intent.

Cy: "Aneirin," meddai Carys, gan godi ei phen o’r llyfr roedd hi’n darllen.
En: "Aneirin," said Carys, lifting her head from the book she was reading.

Cy: Gwelodd y cynghorydd y cyffro a'r pryder yn ei llygaid.
En: The counselor saw both excitement and anxiety in her eyes.

Cy: Eisteddodd wrth ei ochr, golwg cynnes ar ei wyneb.
En: He sat next to her, a warm expression on his face.

Cy: "Sut wyt ti'n teimlo heddiw?
En: "How are you feeling today?"

Cy: " gofynnodd yntau, llais tawel ond llawn gofal.
En: he asked, his voice quiet but full of care.

Cy: "Ychydig yn nerfus," atebodd Carys yn onest.
En: "A little nervous," Carys answered honestly.

Cy: "Mae'n anodd meddwl am fynd yn ôl.
En: "It's hard to think about going back.

Cy: Dwi'n poeni beth fydd pobl yn ei ddweud.
En: I worry about what people will say."

Cy: ""Mae hynny'n normal, Carys.
En: "That's normal, Carys.

Cy: Ond mae gen i gynllun.
En: But I have a plan.

Cy: Rydym yn gallu gwneud hyn gyda'n gilydd.
En: We can do this together.

Cy: Byddwn yn gweithio ar gynllun adfer penodol i ti," eglurodd Aneirin.
En: We'll work on a specific recovery plan for you," Aneirin explained.

Cy: Roedd yna obaith yn ei eiriau, cynnig cefnogaeth anhraethadwy.
En: There was hope in his words, offering indescribable support.

Cy: Cawsant sgwrs hir am y camau cynlluniedig i'w dychwelyd.
En: They had a long conversation about the steps planned for her return.

Cy: Byddai'r ysgol yn cynnig mwy o gefnogaeth iddo, a chyd-gydnabod y problemau.
En: The school would offer her more support and recognize the issues.

Cy: Ond roedd rhaid i Carys wneud un penderfyniad pwysig.
En: But Carys had to make one important decision.

Cy: "Mae'n debyg nad wyf erioed wedi teimlo'n barod," meddai Carys, llais yn dechrau crynu.
En: "I guess I’ve never felt ready," Carys said, her voice starting to tremble.

Cy: "Mae ofn gyda fi fydda i ddim yn gallu ymdopi.
En: "I’m scared I won’t be able to cope."

Cy: "Cododd Aneirin ei law yn ei annog.
En: Aneirin raised his hand in encouragement.

Cy: "Mae gennyt di'r cryfder, Carys.
En: "You have the strength, Carys.

Cy: Dw i wedi gweld yn y ffordd y gwyt ti'n ymdopi â phopeth yma.
En: I've seen it in the way you handle everything here.

Cy: Y cwbl sydd angen yw cred a chefnogaeth.
En: All you need is belief and support."

Cy: "O fewn eiliadau, teimlodd Carys gafn o gryfder yn ei thrugaredd.
En: Within moments, Carys felt a surge of strength at her disposal.

Cy: Ymddiriedodd yn Aneirin, yn ei garedigrwydd, ac am weithiau cyntaf mewn amser hir, gwelodd y posibiliad o ddyfodol disglair.
En: She trusted Aneirin, his kindness, and for the first time in a long while, she saw the possibility of a bright future.

Cy: "Yn iawn," meddai, yn y ffordd fwyaf pendant posib.
En: "Alright," she said, as firmly as she could.

Cy: Cytunodd â'r cynllun, hefo cariad ac uchelgais yn ei chalon.
En: She agreed to the plan with love and ambition in her heart.

Cy: Ymadaelodd Aneirin y ward hefo galon wedi'i chynhesu, yn gwybod o fewn ei hun y gwir effaith gallai cariad a chefnogaeth ei gael ar fywyd myfyriwr.
En: Aneirin left the ward with a warmed heart, knowing within himself the true impact that love and support can have on a student's life.

Cy: Wnaeth Carys ennill hyder, gwelodd mewn ei blymioedd ei bod yn barod, a syfrdanodd Aneirin yn ei dewis i fentro ym myd llawn cystadleuaeth eto.
En: Carys gained confidence, discovering within herself that she was ready, and Aneirin was amazed at her decision to venture into the competitive world again.

Cy: Fel y daeth yn ôl trwy'r corridor, ni allai ddileu’r gobaith newydd dan adain ei galon, yn gwybod pa mor bwysig oedd teimlo gofal a chefnogaeth ar hyd y daith.
En: As he walked back through the corridor, he couldn't erase the new hope fluttering in his heart, knowing how vital it was to feel care and support along the journey.

Cy: Roedd y cwymp yn dod â newid, nid yn y coed yn unig, ond yn nhawelwch y ward hon hefyd.
En: The fall brought change, not only to the trees but also to the stillness of this ward.
