The Bunuel Dry Martini
Ingredients: a good dry gin, Noilly Prat, Angostura bitters, small pickled onions
  1. In a cocktail shaker, combine one healthy shot of gin, one small shot of Noilly Prat, and two drops of bitters
  2. Drop two small onions into a martini glass taken from the freezer
  3. Add a dozen ice cubes to the cocktail shaker and shake violently
  4. Serve and never have more than two dry martinis
