Bryan Kohberger's lawyer, Anne Taylor, has filed documents with the Idaho supreme court challenging their assertion that the gag order is overly broad and thus unconstitutional. Anne Taylor contends that the gag order is a necessity to ensure a fair trial for her client. The prosecution has also filed paperwork challenging the media, hoping that the court will keep the gag order as is.
