It begins, "This nation is young yet, still new and unfinished. Still now, America is man's greatest adventure in time and space.Similar in theme to American Trail, American Adventure is "a study of man in the new world, of his values and characteristics through the years, who he is, what he believes and lives by. It includes varied interesting stories such as the legend of Johnny Appleseed, African American soldiers during WWI, civil war stories, and about the man who got the idea to lay the Atlantic cable.
