After a successful career as a pharmaceutical executive, military officer, and professional athlete turned wellness expert—Certified Change Specialist, National Academy of Sports Medicine [NASM] Certified Fitness Trainer—Lavan’s life purpose is to inspire men, women and children to live their dreams, not their fears.
