Cs: V kavárně U Knihy v Praze bylo útulně.
En: In the Book Café in Prague, it was cozy.

Cs: Vůně čerstvě uvařené kávy se linula vzduchem a tiché rozhovory zákazníků vytvářely příjemnou atmosféru.
En: The scent of freshly brewed coffee filled the air, and the quiet conversations of customers created a pleasant atmosphere.

Cs: Dřevěné stolky byly obklopeny květináči s rostlinami a na policích stály milované romány.
En: Wooden tables were surrounded by potted plants, and beloved novels stood on the shelves.

Cs: Světlo pronikalo skrz velká, klenutá okna a dávalo všemu uvnitř teplý nádech.
En: Light streamed through the large, arched windows, giving everything inside a warm glow.

Cs: Jindřich seděl u svého oblíbeného stolu v rohu.
En: Jindřich sat at his favorite table in the corner.

Cs: Před sebou měl kávu a v ruce držel seznam dárků.

En: Jindřich tried to hide his gift, but Tereza noticed the journal.

Cs: „Co to máš?“ zeptala se zvědavě a natáhla ruku, aby si to prohlédla.
En: “What do you have there?” she asked curiously, reaching out to take a look.

Cs: Jindřich cítil, jak mu srdce bije v krku.
En: Jindřich felt his heart beat in his throat.

Cs: Tentokrát však potlačil svůj strach.
En: This time, however, he suppressed his fear.

Cs: „To je pro tebe,“ řekl klidně.
En: “This is for you,” he said calmly.

Cs: „Chtěl jsem ti dát něco, co tě inspiruje.“
En: “I wanted to give you something that inspires you.”

Cs: Tereza otevřela deník a v očích jí zazářily slzy radosti.
En: Tereza opened the journal, and tears of joy glistened in her eyes.

Cs: „Tohle je nádherné, Jindřichu! Přesně něco takového jsem potřebovala.
En: “This is beautiful, Jindřich! Exactly what I needed.

Cs: Můžu do něj kreslit své nové projekty.
En: I can draw my new projects in it.”

Cs: Jindřich se usmál.
En: Jindřich smiled.

Cs: Cítil, jak z něj spadl obrovský kámen.
En: He felt as if a huge weight had been lifted off his shoulders.

Cs: „Jsem rád, že se ti líbí.“
En: “I'm glad you like it.”

Cs: Tereza ho objala a on zjistil, že být upřímný bylo to nejlepší, co mohl udělat.
En: Tereza hugged him, and he realized that being honest was the best thing he could have done.

Cs: Od té chvíle už necítil potřebu skrývat své city před Terezou.
En: From that moment on, he no longer felt the need to hide his feelings from Tereza.

Cs: Kavárna U Knihy byla svědkem nové kapitoly v jejich přátelství.
En: The Book Café had witnessed a new chapter in their friendship.

Cs: Ačkoliv venku bylo léto, uvnitř kavárny vládlo teplo jejich vzájemného pochopení.
