Moore, were all charged and convicted in connection with the murder of Herman Babb. Each was found guilty of first-degree murder, second-degree burglary, and conspiracy to commit murder. Jamie Moore was recertified as a juvenile and was released when she turned 18 years old. Billy Hine is serving life with the possibility of parole. Darlene Hicks is serving life without the possibility of parole.
