The ECCIPA project (Enhancing interCultural Competences In Pubblic Administration) aims to help make municipal services more responsive and inclusive for the integration of third-country nationals into cities.
It does this through the co-design and implementation of an innovative vocational training program that strengthens the skills of public officials working mainly in the reception and support services to migrants in three European territories: County Offenbach (Germany), City of Ravenna (Italy), City of Cartagena (Spain).
