Find your people to talk and inspire each other. 2) Be brave - go exploring events and places that are different from what you already know, be independent and have an entrepreneurial approach to ideas and opportunities 3) Be a visionary - If you are lacking a visionary in your company, maybe you have to become one. Find a purpose - The visionary alone can’t do all the work. Find a purpose and act according to it to drive change from within.
