This week I had the opportunity to interview the homie Raymond, fun fact, he helped me start my first ever podcast at uni... we rented a microphone from the library and built from there! We've come a long way... I now own a mic. with a record of 1 win 5 losses (in terms of plugging it into the computer).

In this episode, Raymond takes the music format back to CDs and talks about what CDs he listened to during a road trip. Mentioning artists such as Murs and Eligh. At this time he has been touching base on a lot of throwback tunes during the extra free time.

Throughout the episode, it is apparent that Raymond has a heavy interest in rap/hip-hop music, always with an eye for the hidden underground and "backpack" rap. Also beats and instrumentals play a large role when looking for favorite tracks to bump. We also dive into artists discovered through concerts whether that was in person, Coachella live streams, or just inspiration through friends.  

Another interesting segway was the topic to coming of age songs, scoring films, music memes, etc.
