About 30 miles southeast of Kansas City, Mo, a man comes across a freshly filled in hole close to his favorite place to fish. Brushing away some of the loose dirt, the man discovers the nude body of Marsha Spicer.

Police have no leads until a women comes forward telling them of a man she had been with that had some sick and violent sexual fantasies.

Soon police find a trove of videos. Upon viewing the homemade tapes, the police are shocked and disgusted by what they find.
