With a scale from Renpho, it connects to an app on your phone and you get a picture of not only your body weight but so much more including our visceral fat, skeletal skeletal strength, lean body mass, hydration levels, fat free body mass and get a really clear picture of the overall health of our body. If you would like to try the scale, head to www.lindseyelmore.com/renpho to get it right away, so you can learn so much about what’s going on inside your body. __________________________________________________________ __________________________________________________________ We hope you enjoyed this episode.
