- Reviews + Accreditation: Whether the program has good reviews from past students or publications, and if it is accredited by Yoga Alliance, which is the most widely recognized global accreditation.
- Personal Intention: What your reasons are for doing the training, such as becoming a full-time teacher or for personal development.
