I hope you will join me today for a conversation about conversations.  If you have a conversation or two, or three that you have not had or if you feel like you could benefit from learning how to better communicate with those that you love this episode is for you.  We are not taught, at least most of us are not taught how to have conversations, let alone the tough ones.  I am going to share with you the reasons why we don't have them and a simple framework for having them honestly, freely and yes lovingly.   I think we could all benefit from learning this really important skill.  Think about it, how would your relationships be different with your children, husband, wife, collegues, patients, team members if you learned how to communicate effectively.  I hope you will join me.
