At the weekend I was at Vegan life show and spoke to over 200 people about their diet and supplement use and noticed 5 key themes that could be optimised. Could these issues apply to normal people, 100%, but I had to get these issues / optimisations out there to help anyone who is on a vegan diet, a diet that can easily lead to deficiencies if you don't work to optimise it.
