Sarah Rusbatch is a certified Health and Wellness Coach, accredited 'Grey Area Drinking' coach, host of two thriving communities for women in sobriety and a passionate ambassador for supporting women change their relationship with alcohol - for good! If like a lot of women through the pandemic you have started to question your own relationship with alcohol or are just interested in taking a break from alcohol, Sarah runs judgement free alcohol free challenges, and also works with clients one on one to guide them with an alcohol free life.
