Bret is the co-founder of Live Better Co. Bret's goal is to help people follow their calling by using wellness as their fuel to have the best day ever, everyday. He uses goal setting and actionable tools to help everyone find true happiness. Bret stepped away from the corporate lifestyle to pursue his own path with Live Better and now hosts wellness retreats across the world, works with one-on-one clients for performance in training, nutrition, and lifestyle design, as well as corporations on experiential wellness. Bret loves superfoods, traveling with a purpose, yoga, functional training, running, and always learning more.
In this episode - Bret talks about how to have the best day ever as well as the importance of making self care a priority [so we can give back more].
