Not Like The Other Niggas, Episode 36:

"Being Lied To Sucks"

Recorded on December 17, 2009

The 2010s were a true turning point for Karl.  He would go onto work at a record store where, while his boss was a piece of shit [censored]got, he met a lot of cool folks there and was finally able to make friends with people who didnt think his taste in 80s metal was weird.

When Karl turned 21 in 2011, he was finally able to start going to more concerts, where he'd meet even more fucking cool people.  He'd even travel out of state for the annual M3 festival and have even more fun and meet new people.

Years later, Karl would also discover a new hobby, in the form of karaoke, and go on to become KK WADE and try to Make Karaoke Great Again, hitting up many karaoke bars in the Pittsburgh, along with bars in other states on a 5 day tour called "MKGA: The Tour."

KK would also take his newfound persona onto a podcast called "Lawless Radio Worldwide" and became a featured cast member, and soon did a spinoff show called "KK RADIO" and a spinoff show off a spinoff show named, "THE KK WADE SHOW," which is still going on to this day... after a reboot in March 2024.

And as far as his love life went, he'd finally go on dates and get intimate with women, something that he couldnt do during his teen years.  And also, by some miracle, was able to enter into a long term relationship and eventual engagement with a loving woman.

The 2010s, and later on 2020s, while not perfect and still marked with plenty of low points... unlike before, they FINALLY had some of the high points --- socially, romantically and sexually --- that Karl has long yearned for during the first 20 years of his life, especially in his teens.

But... but.

Before we get to the 2010s, we have to acknowledge the FINAL EPISODE of "Not Like The Other Niggas," recorded on December 17, 2009.

In what could be considered the definitive episode of NLTON, Karl discusses the bullshit of the life he has had to live, the encounters that he's had/missed out on, and just how people perceive him just because he chooses not to be a good for nothing thug.  Karl, and many other people, get treated a certain way just for not wearing baggy pants, doing drugs and embracing the "hood" lifestyle.

And its been like that for as long as Karl can remember.

Society is going downhill and Karl is not going to tolerate being gaslit into believing that HE is the one who is wrong... because he's not.

Karl had been lied to for a good portion of his life regarding how he was supposed to act and who he was supposed to grow into.  He busted his ass just to be lonely and miserable while drug dealers and gangters get to do fuck all (and fuck and impregnate whoever they want).

Karl went online before the recording of this episode and posted some of these thoughts on the SnipeMe forum, but even on an online forum of misfits, you have normies who dont truly understand how it feels to be ostracized and don't truly understand Karl's plight... a theme that rings true even today, 15 years later.

And the cold, hard truth is that no matter how many recordings he makes, how many podcasts he uploads, how many stories and essays he posts on social media that clearly discusses in great detail his troubles... no matter how much effort Karl puts in to letting people understand his mind, his issues and his troubles, no matter how much he lets his shield down to let the world in... Karl may never be understood, or even acknowledged... because Karl is not like the other niggas.
