Dennis Nilsen terrorized London in the late 70s, early 80s. Dubbed The Kindly Killer, Dennis Nilsen would lure his victims back under the guise of drinks, music, a nice meal, and a place to stay. Only 7 would make it out alive. Once inside the house, the victims would hang out and then go to sleep. Nilsen would proceed to then strangle and drown his victims as a way to prevent them from ever leaving him. The corpses would later be stored in the floorboards, taken out periodically for Nilsen to talk to and engage in necrophilia with. By the time he was caught, Nilsen had murdered 16 men.
Dolly Parton is America’s treasure. Her initial claim to fame came in the form of The Porter Wagoner Show. After the success of her song “Jolene” released in 1973, Dolly Parton decided to leave Porter Wagoner’s show and work on her solo career. When she left, she penned the now cult classic “I Will Always Love You” as a sort of goodbye to Wagoner and their time together. While being a giant in the Country Music Industry and starring in hit movies such as ‘9 to 5’ and ‘Steel Magnolias’, Dolly has always stayed humble. And now with her #DollyPartonChallenge going viral on the internet, she proved yet again just why we love her so much.
