Dominique Pianelli, an Italian/French Powerhouse is back and we learn all about generational trauma and how to deal with the memories, addictions and eventually healing through the pain.

Dominique takes us through her growing up years and how she put all her energy into Taekwondo, which she is a black belt in and was her escape from the difficult junior high and high school years.

Then she takes us through the Trauma and Chaos that started happening in their household with her Mom's alcoholism and her youngest sisters drug addiction.

Dominique then tells us about generational Trauma that is passed down and the science behind it. It can span through many, many generations.

She tells us about her Dad's "NOTEBOOK LOVE" for her Mom.

We talk about how important it is to talk about issues and not suppress them.

Dominique says that her youngest Sister is the first one that broke some of the generational trauma patterns, and that her middle sister Julianna followed suit, her Mom has followed suit and Dominique herself
has followed suit.
They are all working actively on all this as a family and towards total healing.

Mental health is so important. Dominique says she is so grateful for all the people that are patient with her as she works through all her own issues.
