A six year old boy from Robertson County driving an ATV he received for Christmas is hospitalized in Houston.
DPS Sgt. Jimmy Morgan says on Christmas morning, the youngster was struck by a pickup south of Franklin after driving the ATV out of a driveway and onto FM 46.
The driver of the pickup, 18 year old Katlyne Martinez of Franklin, was taken to the Robertson County jail on a charge of failing to stop and render aid.
