Spartan of the OCR fame announced they are going to have a 12 race trail race series starting in 2019. I give a short update on that at the start of the podcast.

I ran in four events in the September, October and November and this is my update on those four events.

1) Dirty Spokes Little Mulberry Park Night Trail Race. (3 mi.)

2) Ginger Runner Global Run (2 hour run)

3) XTERRA Ft. Yargo Trail Race (3 mi.)

4) Disney's Wine and Dine 10K
