Ever changed your outfit multiple times because you were worried about looking “unprofessional”? I know it’s happened to me multiple times, and that’s why I wanted to explore the many unspoken rules most women follow when we get dressed in the morning. I’m joined by Ruthie Johnson, a holistic success coach, fitness junkie and unapologetic feminist. We talk about how out clothing is a covert way that women police themselves and each other. We explore what’s underneath those feelings when we judge another woman for what she’s wearing. Ruthie shares some simple and actionable steps we can all take to let go of stress and societal expectations and step into what we’re truly capable of with more freedom and ease.
