Thank you Star Bear for your comments. You are the first one to do so in any of my podcast posts. Yeah, I have been taping my front camera on my cell phones since 2013 - when I was living and working in China. I knew back then that these could be turned on remotely by nefarious powers. I am amazed that 99.999% of people don't do so today. That in itself speaks volumes on how the masses really don't value their priivacy (or are too ignorant to know).
Dan, I also started taping my camera with a trip of black electric tape. I have been doing that since NCIS showed the IT depts could turn on the computer and camera. I realized tis many years ago that if they are showing this on fiction it can actually be reflecting true tech.
