Alright folks, let's dive into the weather forecast for Houston, Texas!
Today, we're looking at a 50 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms, mainly after 1pm. There might be some patchy fog before 7am, so watch out for that morning haze. Expect partly sunny skies with a high near 91, but it may feel as hot as 105 with the heat index. The winds will be calm in the morning, becoming east around 5 miles per hour in the afternoon. Keep an umbrella handy because we could see between a tenth and a quarter of an inch of rainfall, with higher amounts possible in thunderstorms.
Tonight, the chance of showers and thunderstorms drops to 30 percent, mainly after 1am. It will be mostly cloudy with a low around 75. The southeast wind around 5 miles per hour will become calm after midnight.
As we look ahead to Wednesday, there's a 40 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. It will be mostly sunny with a high near 89, accompanied by a north wind of 5 to 10 miles per hour.
Moving on to the rest of the week, we'll see a mix of sun and clouds with temperatures ranging from the mid-80s to low 90s during the day and dropping to the upper 60s to low 70s at night.
