Alright folks, let's dive into the cosmic weather report brought to you by the U.S. Department of Commerce, NOAA, Space Weather Prediction Center.
A. Geomagnetic Activity Observation and Forecast:
We've got some mild geomagnetic activity coming your way. The Kp index is hanging out below NOAA Scale levels, with the highest expected being 3.33 from June 6 to June 8. No need to worry about any G1 (Minor) geomagnetic storms or solar wind surprises.
B. Solar Radiation Activity Observation and Forecast:
Solar radiation levels are chill, below storm level thresholds. But keep an eye out for a slight chance of a greater than 10 MeV proton event, hitting that S1 (Minor) threshold due to Region 3697's flare potential.
C. Radio Blackout Activity and Forecast:
Radio blackouts have hit R1 levels recently, so heads up. The forecast shows a 60% chance of R1-R2 (Minor-Moderate) Radio Blackouts and a 20% chance of R3 (Strong) Radio Blackouts until June 8.
So, there you have it, a mix of cosmic energies to keep an eye on. For more detailed info, check the link in the show notes.
