These (and all) excuses are bullshit and are the reason you aren't seeing the results you want. Doing SOMETHING is always better than doing NOTHING. So it doesn't matter that your gym is closed or that you have zero equipment. This podcast will give you simple ways to get your fitness on with zero to minimal equipment required.
