In this episode, we talked about the benefits of writing and journaling in a more therapeutic aspect, as well as a few different types of writings and a couple of tips on how to start writing.

A brief sneak peak: Writing can reduce stress, it is a very powerful tool to help us deal with depression and anxiety. And it improves our self-awareness - our ability to pay attention to what is going on inside our body and mind.
